What do we do? The following services are provided by the SmartFrame Design Centre.

2. Free design and take off from building plans

3. Dedicated toll free engineering support line

4. Structured SmartFrame software training program (Approved Vic building comminssion CPD provider)

5. Certification of engineering designs to relevant state Building acts and regulations.

Engineering Support

Our dedicated team of designers are able to provide high quality material picking lists which add our customers within the estimating, sales and order process.

Design & Take-off Services

Tilling provide indirect customers the opportunity to submit plans for a proposed construction through their local Timber Merchant and Tilling shall log the project and provide a full quotation and set of plans back to the nominated Merchant.

In order to facilitate a speedy return of your request for quote application, there are a number of things that you can prepare to support the process. These include:

1. The more data the better, including the Architectural drawings with full architectural details, including dimension and elevations sections etc..

2. Engineering details are also required in order to ensure we cover all critical structural elements of the project.

3. All files in a .pdf or AutoCad/DXF/DWG format.

Technical Support

We have a dedicated Engineering Technical Support Services person ready and able to provide you with accurate, timely and professional advice regarding your construction project.
